Tap on the globe icon on the right side of the screen. A group of icons appears on the screen. Tap the second icon from the left on the top row that has a tree on it. That’s your backyard.

To return to the house, the house icon on the upper left corner house icon.

There are many other destinations you can use as well, but those are the two most important icons.
